Pie Prints is a growing company specializing in T-shirt printing and manufacturing services, located in Tadban / Nawab Saheb Kunta Near Zoo Park Area, Hyderabad.
Role Overview
We seek a proactive and sharp Sales Executive (female) capable of converting inquiries into sales by engaging with customers and effectively communicating our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from calls, walk-ins, and inquiries.
- Clearly explain the T-shirt printing and manufacturing services offered.
- Build trust and persuade customers to make purchases.
- Negotiate pricing sensibly while maintaining profit margins.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads to convert interest into confirmed orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory prior experience in sales.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and articulate in conversations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships.
- Motivated to work hard and gain performance-based incentives.
Compensation and Growth
Offers a fixed monthly salary between 15000 to 40000 INR plus attractive incentives based on performance. The position presents growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business where individual effort directly impacts earnings.
Additional Information
This is an office-based role with work hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Candidates must be prepared to handle job pressure, consistent follow-ups, and achieve closing targets. This is not a passive role.
