About the Role

Fitzee is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to become part of their expanding team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will thrive in engaging with potential customers, diligently following up on leads, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present Fitzee membership plans effectively to convert potential leads into paying clients.
• Manage follow-ups and address any objections raised by leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two years experience in sales, inside sales, or tele-sales roles.
• Excellent communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Proven track record in converting leads and closing sales.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls regularly.
• Strong target-driven attitude and self-confidence.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹28,000.
