We’re excited to offer a permanent position for a Car Sales Executive with a strong potential for generous commission earnings.
Role Overview
As a Car Sales Executive at Sytner Select Northampton, you will act as the primary contact for customers purchasing vehicles, ensuring a superior experience from start to finish. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand and support their requirements throughout their car buying journey.
The role includes flexible work schedules, often involving weekends, to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service or sales, particularly within a retail environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, and a full, valid UK driving licence are desirable.
Applicants may be invited to attend an assessment center as part of the selection process.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary accompanied by an achievable on-target earnings (OTE) of £44,380.
