About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities via outbound phone sales efforts.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling possibilities.
- Promptly manage inbound sales inquiries, converting prospects into customers through tailored conversations.
- Lead customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closure.
- Take full ownership of the sales process while consistently achieving targets and maintaining accurate CRM data in compliance with company standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years experience in phone-based sales or a comparable sales environment.
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is an advantage.
- Possesses a results-oriented attitude with strong motivation to succeed.
- Exemplary and professional telephone communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and self-driven approach.
- Clean criminal record.
