Job description
Role Overview
This position involves direct interaction with clients and gym members, verifying their membership validity, promoting and selling gym packages, performing telephonic sales outreach, and driving overall sales efforts.
Working Hours
The shift is scheduled from 1 PM to 9 PM, including a break. However, timings are open for negotiation.
Compensation and Incentives
The base salary ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹12,000 per month, combined with substantial incentives and bonuses based on sales performance.
Location Details
The workplace is situated near Behala Thana / Behala Shakuntala Park in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates with a background in sales are preferred. The role demands excellent coordination abilities and a strong capability to perform effectively under pressure.
Payment and Benefits
Payments are made weekly, and there is a high incentive scheme offering a 4% commission on every individual sale completed.
