Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Lotus Auto Private Limited located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, you will be the frontline representative attending to showroom visitors and walk-in customers with professionalism, promoting TVS two-wheelers suited to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage showroom and walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate TVS two-wheeler models.
• Inform customers about vehicle features, specifications, pricing details, and available finance and insurance schemes.
• Organize product demonstrations and facilitate test rides to enhance customer experience.
• Proactively generate sales leads through calls, referrals, on-field visits, and handling digital inquiries.
• Consistently follow up with potential customers and inquiries to nurture interest and conversions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of leads, customer information, and follow-up activities.
• Strive to meet or exceed the assigned monthly sales targets.
• Liaise with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Service teams to guarantee smooth vehicle delivery processes.
• Ensure timely coordination from initial enquiry through to final delivery of the vehicle.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Participate actively in sales campaigns, exhibitions, melas, and other promotional events.
• Provide daily updates of sales figures and customer follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and conduct diligent after-sales follow-up.
