Job Overview
Skyup Solar Systems Private Limited is seeking a Sales Executive based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university and will be responsible for driving sales by identifying prospects, managing customer relations, and facilitating solar system installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new potential customers through various lead generation methods.
- Engage directly with customers to assess their needs and offer suitable product guidance, following up on leads supplied by the company.
- Manage the complete customer application process including conducting site surveys, assisting with PM Surya Ghar Yojana applications, completing necessary documentation online, and coordinating loan applications with banks.
- Ensure full payment collection from customers for services rendered.
- Support the Net Metering process by coordinating with the local DISCOM after solar system installation.
- Collaborate closely with execution and back-end teams, sharing customer details and documents as needed.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database including all relevant paperwork.
- Work diligently to meet monthly sales targets efficiently.
