Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our Prosthetics & Orthotics division, based in Delhi-NCR. The role involves engaging with patients, healthcare providers, and prospects to promote our specialized products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calling campaigns to patients, hospitals, doctors, and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads while nurturing existing opportunities.
- Provide clear explanations of prosthetic and orthotic device offerings to prospective customers.
- Arrange patient appointments and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and conduct routine follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales achieved.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills paired with a confident demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with computer operations.
- A strong inclination toward sales-oriented tasks and outcomes.
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical telecalling roles is an advantage.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges between 16,000 and 30,000 Indian Rupees, commensurate with performance and experience.
