Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Sales Executive to become a vital part of our sales team. The candidate will be engaged in managing customer interactions primarily through calls, addressing queries, promoting our products and services effectively, and converting leads into confirmed sales.

Key Duties

• Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Providing clear explanations about our products and services to customers.
• Promptly following up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships.
• Identifying and creating new sales prospects.
• Sustaining positive customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Striving to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Consistently updating customer and sales information for accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities to influence customers.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp messaging.
• A positive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
• Experience in sales or customer handling will be seen as an added advantage.

Compensation and Work Details

The package includes a fixed monthly salary with additional incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position located at Shop No 1, Plot No 66, BU Bhandari Skyline Road, Datta Nagar, Shri Ganesh Colony, Dighi, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411015.
