Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and goal-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Swami Samarth Pet Industries based in Mumbai. The candidate should bring 1 to 2 years of prior sales experience along with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities by generating leads and prospecting potential customers.
• Engage with clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication mediums.
• Assess customer needs to offer appropriate product or service solutions.
• Create and send quotations to prospective clients promptly.
• Consistently follow up with both potential leads and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Effectively negotiate terms and strive to successfully close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals assigned by the company.
• Keep detailed records related to leads, quotations, follow-ups, and completed sales activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, or B2B sales environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable making calls and managing follow-ups with clients.
• Driven by targets and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
• Prior experience working within the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
