Job Overview

We are expanding our sales team with multiple job openings across Delhi NCR for candidates experienced in sales, insurance, loans, or client-facing roles. We encourage immediate joiners to apply for these full-time positions.

Available Positions

• Female Sales Support at Victoria Travels: Located in Paharganj, Delhi, requires 3+ years of experience with MBA preferred. Salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
• Health Insurance Sales Executive: Based in Subhash Nagar, Delhi, candidates must have mandatory health insurance sales experience. Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• Health Insurance Team Leader: Also in Subhash Nagar, Delhi, requires experience in health insurance sales with team management skills. Salary is between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
• Personal Loan Sales Executive: Located in Subhash Nagar, Delhi, requires at least 6 months of personal loan sales experience with a salary of ₹20,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert potential customers by generating and following up on leads.
• Meet monthly targets related to sales, disbursement, and revenue.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Support customers with document handling, renewals, bookings, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service execution.
• For team leader roles: oversee team management, training, and guide performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant sales experience aligned with the specific position applied for.
• Health insurance sales experience is a strict requirement for Sales Executive and Team Leader roles.
• At least 6 months of experience in personal loan sales for the Personal Loan Sales Executive role.
• MBA qualification preferred for the Female Sales Support role at Victoria Travels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong orientation towards targets and customer service.
• Readiness to work from the specified job location based on the selected position.
