Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Sales Executive to join H. J. Metalcraft Pvt. Ltd. located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will actively engage in sales and marketing activities, manage quotations, onboard new clients, and utilize tools like the India Mart portal and CRM systems to effectively serve customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the customer base.
- Prepare and manage quotations for prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and add new customers to expand business reach.
- Utilize India Mart portal for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM software.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to finalize orders and nurture relationships.
