Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to be part of our Havells showroom team located in Fraser Town, Bengaluru. The successful candidate will have proven retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and assess their needs effectively.
• Suggest and promote Havells products tailored to customer requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and establish enduring customer relationships.
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly sales targets, supporting showroom growth.
• Showcase product features and communicate their benefits clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly product displays in the showroom, ensuring proper visual merchandising.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Assist with billing, stock management, and inventory verification when necessary.
• Continuously update knowledge on products, offers, and promotions.
• Collaborate efficiently with the showroom team to guarantee smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in retail or showroom sales.
• Excellent skills in managing customer interactions and building relationships.
• Good communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• A sales-minded attitude combined with enthusiasm and readiness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment.
• Experience with electrical, lighting, appliances, or home improvement products is advantageous.
