About the Company
Our client is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India with extensive presence nationwide. Originating from a core specialization in gold loans, the company has expanded into various lending and financial products. It operates with a broad branch network and a sizable workforce, establishing a strong foothold in the Indian financial services industry.
Role Overview
The Sales Officer will focus on originating Loan Against Property (LAP) business by generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving set monthly and quarterly sales objectives. The candidate will analyze customer needs to offer appropriate LAP solutions and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and referral associates. Collaboration with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams is essential to ensure accurate documentation, expedite processing timelines, and facilitate timely disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source LAP business through various channels
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate LAP products
- Liaise with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations departments to ensure swift turnaround times
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with DSAs and other referral sources
- Ensure all documentation complies with company credit policies for loan login
- Follow up proactively with clients and internal teams for smooth loan disbursement
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in LAP or home loan sales within NBFCs, banks, or similar institutions
- In-depth understanding of Loan Against Property products
- Any graduate degree

Location: Multiple locations including Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Compensation: Monthly package ranging between ₹22,000 to ₹40,000
