Sales Executive

Job Overview

This full-time position requires working on-site at Hilton Garden Inn in Tirana, where the Sales Executive will be pivotal in generating and securing new business while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities including identifying new contacts and developing leads to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Comprehend thoroughly all resort features, packages and promotional offers.
• Generate and cultivate sales leads by actively reaching out to potential clients to expand business relations.
• Prepare and send client quotations and official confirmations professionally and promptly.
• Maintain detailed and timely reports of appointments, sales calls, and leads for the Sales Director and management.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues to foster continued business.
• Organize and execute hotel inspections and guided show rounds for potential clients.
• Manage comprehensive sales functions of the hotel.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related disciplines is favored.
