Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in our expansion efforts by connecting with senior decision-makers and organizing peer-led conversations of influence. Your day-to-day will involve outreach to executives inviting them to join influential leadership summits, identifying fresh business prospects from diverse sources, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor developments, cultivating enduring relationships with top leaders, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive successful events that distinguish Assemble.

What We Look For

  • A post-secondary degree is required
  • Between zero and three years experience in sales, business development, or analogous client-focused roles
  • Exceptional verbal communication ability with confidence in leading phone discussions
  • A naturally inquisitive and consultative approach to understanding leadership drivers
  • Comfort with initiating contact and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers from the outset
  • A proactive self-starter mentality combined with a team-oriented spirit
  • Ability to perform well toward ambitious targets within a dynamic and supportive setting
  • A genuine passion for enabling smarter decision-making through robust peer interactions

Benefits and Culture

  • The position offers competitive on-target earnings (OTE) from 80,000 to 120,000 CAD annually, with a base salary of 40,000 CAD. Commissions are paid in USD and converted to CAD, with no earnings cap.
