Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to join Bajaj Finance in Lucknow and Kanpur locations. This position primarily focuses on direct customer engagement and promoting Bajaj EMI Card and finance solutions through field sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Bajaj EMI Card and various finance product offerings to prospective customers.
- Generate new customer leads and acquire clients through direct field sales activities.
- Engage with customers in person and clearly communicate the features and benefits of applicable finance products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should not exceed 28 years of age.
- Prior work experience is not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to candidates of all genders.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹19,500 per month net take-home pay.
