The position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury property that is part of Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a renowned global hotel brand rooted in Thai culture and hospitality. Founded in 2001, this brand is known for its authentic and heartfelt approach to guest service. Ras Al Khaimah offers a tranquil environment with beautiful beaches, deserts, and mountains just 45 minutes from Dubai, including unique experiences such as overwater luxury on the Arabian Gulf and various outdoor adventures.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will actively engage in all sales activities aligned with the hotel's sales strategy to surpass revenue goals across various market segments. Responsibilities include promoting the hotel brand, securing new contracts, optimizing revenue streams, and cultivating strong business relationships locally, regionally, and internationally. You will monitor competitors, gather market insights, participate in travel trade events and roadshows, and organize sales trips to boost hotel sales. Direct reporting will be to the Director of Sales & Marketing, benefiting from dedicated coaching and support aimed at your professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to overcome challenges effectively.
• Ability to perform and meet sales targets under pressure.
• Demonstrates leadership passion and a strong motivation to succeed.
