Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves engaging with customers via digital and outbound calls to present insurance products with clarity and confidence, aiming to convert leads into sales and foster long-term positive customer relationships. • Conduct digital and outbound sales calls professionally.

Requirements

• Communicate competently in both Hindi and English.
• Demonstrate solid reasoning and sales abilities.
• Possess basic understanding of insurance or sales is beneficial.
• Applicants must be graduates or have passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• Professional experience is required; only candidates with prior experience need apply.

Working Hours and Days Off

• Shift timing is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Work schedule consists of six working days per week.
• Sundays are designated as fixed weekly off.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 12,000 and 18,000 INR, with opportunities for earning unlimited incentives based on sales performance.
