Sales Executive

About the Role

Join Recurso HR Services as a Sales Executive dedicated to acquiring clients for Dhan.co through telecalling. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers interested in opening trading accounts, emphasizing substantial brokerage savings from 90% to 99%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100-200 telephonic calls daily to engage potential clients based on your schedule.
• Utilize an auto-dialler to efficiently reach prospects and manage energy.
• Identify interested prospects for trading or investing and present Dhan's service offerings using provided materials.
• Aim to convert leads generated from calls into paying clients, targeting 3-4 leads per 100 calls and at least 1 client daily.
• Guide clients in initiating their first trade after a minimum fund transfer of ₹5,000.

Candidate Eligibility and Skills

• Open to any male or female graduate with 6-12 months of telecalling experience.
• Prior familiarity with online stock market trading services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Able to communicate effectively with potential customers, showing an interest in explaining Dhan's features.
• Proficiency in multiple spoken languages is a significant plus to broaden customer reach.
• Those with the ability to generate leads through social media connections will have an edge.

Support & Training

• Access to online training modules and video tutorials.
• Ongoing support through conference calls for client-related clarifications.
• Assistance throughout the customer documentation process.

Rewards and Compensation

• Earn ₹1,000 per actively traded account monthly.
• Additional incentives: ₹2,000 for the first 10 active accounts and ₹3,000 for the next 10 accounts, totaling potential rewards up to ₹70,000.
• Payments are disbursed monthly on the 5th day for the previous month's business.
• Applicable TDS deductions apply.
• Management holds final decision authority on reward distributions.
