About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, positive, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Sales Support Executive based at our headquarters in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Prior experience is not strictly required as attitude and work ethic take precedence. If you are organized, enthusiastic to assist others, eager to learn, and take pride in delivering quality work, this position is for you. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotes and following up on potential sales opportunities.
• Keep customers informed and help address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Provide daily administrative support to various departments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Service, and Shipping teams to guarantee smooth order processing from enquiry through delivery.
• Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

While prior sales support, administrative, or customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
