Sales Executive

Overview

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Ludhiana, Punjab. This position involves meeting sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales goals by proactively engaging customers.
• Invite customers into the store and introduce them to MYOP's unique perfume concept.
• Demonstrate and explain products to help customers select the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock audits according to standard procedures.
• Assist with stock management, including placing stock requests and receiving inventory.
• Complete all required training within designated timelines.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to the customer care department as needed.
• Ensure adherence to store etiquette, timing, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualification and Eligibility

• Graduates with at least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with B2C brands, are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is essential.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
