Role Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to facilitate seamless car rental experiences.
• Guide customers in choosing rental vehicles that align with their preferences and budgetary constraints, process payments, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure rental contracts are fully executed and that clients have a clear understanding of all terms and conditions.
• Provide support to customers facing any challenges during the rental period.
• Establish rapport and foster enduring customer relationships for repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of sales experience specifically within the car rental industry.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective written and oral communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with computer applications relevant to the role.
• Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of applicable local car rental laws and regulations.
• Adherence to established sales and service protocols.
