They operate where entertainment, brands, celebrity management, events, and digital content converge. Their projects include celebrity collaborations, branded photo shoots, and major entertainment events such as OTT India Fest 2026 and Pinkathon 2027, a prominent Bollywood event that features top entertainment industry figures, as well as a women-only lifestyle and fitness event with Milind Soman.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive position based in Delhi requires candidates with excellent communication skills. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting media and marketing solutions offered by AMS, generating and qualifying leads, and contributing to the sales team's lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce AMS's media and marketing offerings.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate information about products and services.
• Create and maintain a current lead database while qualifying potential clients.
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation objectives.
• Offer client feedback to enhance communication strategies and sales pitches.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience ranging from no prior experience to 3 years in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar areas; fresh graduates with strong communication abilities will also be considered.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi language skills are a bonus for Mumbai applicants.
• Fundamental knowledge of media sales and marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a persuasive communication style.
• Self-driven and target-focused, capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
