About the Role

Torque Detailing Studio, located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive who is confident in communication and passionate about driving sales. This role focuses on promoting specialized automotive services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic and graphene coatings, vehicle detailing, wrapping, and comprehensive car care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate cold calls to generate new customer leads.
• Effectively follow up on inquiries and potential leads.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate automotive detailing services.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and bookings consistently.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls and follow-ups.
• Clearly convey information about our products, service packages, pricing, benefits, and current promotions.

Candidate Requirements

• Outstanding communication and persuasive selling abilities.
• Ability and comfort with making cold calls to potential clients.
• Energetic, confident, and focused on achieving targets.
• Basic automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• Open to fresh graduates demonstrating strong communication and sales aptitude.
