Sales Executive

Overview

Right Gold Private Limited, a jewellery retail company located at Central Ikon, Sector 105, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join their team. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable gold and diamond jewellery, while effectively explaining product details, pricing, and making charges to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
• Presenting and explaining features of gold and diamond jewellery
• Addressing customer questions and overcoming objections
• Following up with customers to successfully convert sales
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Adhering to showroom standard operating procedures, security measures, and jewellery handling protocols
• Upholding proper grooming, discipline, and professional conduct

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate
• Preferred experience: 1–2 years in sales, jewellery showroom experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Confident, well-presented, and goal-driven personality

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary depends on experience and company standards, ranging approximately from INR 20,000 to INR 50,000 per month
