Position Overview
This role is an exciting chance for a budding sales professional to participate in a strategic growth initiative supported by two leading market organizations. The position involves working within the partnership of InfoTrack and Lotsearch to increase brand awareness, encourage product adoption, and forge strong relationships with law firms, conveyancers, and property industry specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business with law firms and conveyancing practices, managing sales pipelines from first contact through to successful conversion.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to promote Lotsearch products within existing InfoTrack workflows.
- Keep a dynamic sales prospect and opportunity pipeline using CRM software, consistently meeting sales, activity, and revenue objectives.
- Deliver product demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and present to clients to communicate the benefits of environmental and planning due diligence.
- Support client onboarding and continuous product engagement, promptly addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal support teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking functions to boost market presence.
- Provide consistent reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, competitor analysis, and market insights to influence product and marketing strategies.
Experience and Skills
- Between one and three years' experience in sales, business development, account management, or other customer interaction roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with confidence in client presentations both face-to-face and online.
- Highly self-driven with a proactive outlook, strong organisational capabilities, and effective time management.
- Able to handle multiple sales opportunities and competing priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in legal, property, conveyancing, professional services, or SaaS industries is desirable but not mandatory.
