Job Overview

The company seeks a motivated Education Sales Executive to manage student enquiries and convert them into confirmed enrolments for online tuition classes. This role involves advising and guiding students and their parents in choosing the appropriate tutoring solutions.

Key Duties

• Manage inbound student and parent enquiries related to online tuition offerings.
• Assess and understand students’ academic requirements including class level, subjects, boards, and learning preferences.
• Provide counselling to parents and students to recommend suitable tuition plans and match with appropriate teachers.
• Convert potential enquiries into confirmed enrolments effectively.
• Develop trust and assist parents and students throughout their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within CRM and LMS platforms.
• Meet and surpass monthly targets for enrolments and revenue generation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education qualification is completion of 12th grade or higher.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade and counsel prospective students and parents.
• Capable of understanding student needs and advising on appropriate tuition programs.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
