Sales Executive

The Opportunity

Second Movement, the pre-owned luxury watch business by Ethos, seeks driven and client-oriented professionals to expand its procurement network across key cities. The role involves representing the brand locally, interacting with watch owners and collectors, sourcing high-end timepieces, and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Meet city-level targets for procuring pre-owned luxury watches.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of watch sellers, collectors, referrals, and potential clients.
• Manage procurement leads, schedule customer meetings, and perform follow-ups utilizing CRM tools.
• Assess procurement opportunities, coordinate pricing strategies, and negotiate within set guidelines.
• Complete purchases and consignment deals, ensuring thorough KYC and documentation compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Ethos retail stores, pricing teams, operations, and the regional procurement group.
• Consistently deliver a transparent and premium customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates with 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail sectors such as premium automobiles, jewellery, real estate, hospitality, wealth management, or other high-value sales arenas.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Confidence in engaging with HNI clientele and ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of the city and local language; an interest in luxury watches is a plus.
