About the Role

We seek a proactive and results-driven sales executive to join our hospitality team based in Pune. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in cultivating new business avenues, nurturing client relationships, and increasing revenue streams in the corporate, event, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and generate new business prospects for the brand.
• Source leads via networking within the industry, referrals, cold outreach, site visits, and various other means.
• Forge and sustain partnerships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and collaborators.
• Utilize existing networks to solicit inquiries and expand business opportunities.
• Manage corporate reservations, event bookings, group inquiries, and other sales-related chances.
• Conduct meetings and deliver presentations to clients.
• Draft proposals and quotations, engaging in pricing negotiations with clients.
• Maintain persistent follow-ups with current and potential clients to secure deals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events and bookings.
• Keep detailed records of leads, client contacts, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Monitor market developments and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
• Serve as a professional brand representative during client meetings, networking functions, and industry engagements.

Founded in 1997 by Praful and Cheeru Chandawarkar in the quaint district of Koregaon Park, Pune, Malaka Spice is a restaurant inspired by Southeast Asian cuisines from countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and Cambodia. Each meal reflects extensive culinary journeys across these regions.

We embody the 'Farm To Table' principle, sourcing the majority of our ingredients from our own Cherish Farm located 45 km from Pune. Additionally, our dishes are prepared using cold-pressed oils, ensuring every dining experience is both soulful and health-conscious. Malaka Spice operates 7 venues across Maharashtra, including 5 in Pune and 2 cloud kitchens in Nashik, situated within the picturesque Vallonne Vineyards and Gangapur Road.
