About The Role

Become an integral part of our vibrant Residential Communities & Home Building team in New South Wales as a Sales Estimator. Your primary responsibility will be preparing precise cost estimates and pricing to assist the Sales team when generating customer quotations and contracts. Your efforts guarantee that every proposal is competitively priced, accurate, and submitted on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate exact costs and pricing related to residential home projects.
• Create and deliver accurate cost estimates within designated deadlines.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure pricing aligns with client requirements.
• Source competitive prices by collaborating with suppliers and the estimating department.
• Provide operational support to the Estimating Manager on daily tasks.
• Handle and respond to pricing inquiries from both internal and external parties.
• Contribute to tender preparation, scope evaluation, and cost comparison analyses.

Skills and Experience

• Hold trade qualifications pertinent to the Residential Building Industry.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit high numeracy skills and proficiency in estimating software and office applications.
• Possess the ability to foster positive relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
