Job Purpose

The key objective of this role is to achieve excellent sales outcomes for Elmack within the assigned geographic region. The position involves building robust relationships with end customers and resellers, providing both technical and commercial assistance on the product range, and actively participating in market development events such as seminars, sales calls, roadshows, and training sessions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate, execute, and oversee a business plan aimed at accomplishing or surpassing quarterly and yearly sales targets in the designated territory.
• Scout, assess, and cultivate new reseller partnerships when required across specific market segments or regions.
• Offer comprehensive technical and financial support to end customers to facilitate sales.
• Collaborate with OEM teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for customer segments or product categories.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Manage key accounts within the territory effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years' experience in a frontline sales role, preferably in TMI or allied industries.
• Proficiency in CRM software, along with excellent skills in Excel and presentations.
• Strong abilities in building customer connections and managing vertical market segments.
• Preparedness for travel within the assigned regions.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should hold a B.E, B.Tech, or Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, Electronics, or related disciplines. Experience ranging from two to five years is required.

The position is based in Chennai, Hosur, or Puducherry.
