Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide technical expertise for pump systems across plumbing, sanitary, wastewater, and HVAC applications within commercial buildings in Singapore.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from specification and tendering through to maintenance and defect liability period completion.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with mechanical and electrical consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users to secure and grow business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, influencing design specifications and ensuring inclusion in tender documentation.
• Offer technical and commercial advice during design and pre-tender phases to align proposals with project requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to validate technical details, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure a seamless post-sale handover process.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in sales within mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects related to commercial building systems.
• Proven ability to integrate technical knowledge with commercial negotiation skills to win projects and influence technical specifications.
• Experience interfacing with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies including PUB and BCA within Singapore's building services environment.
• Strong understanding of pump system design for plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC, including proficiency in flow rate and head loss calculations.

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with Grundfos pump products or similar brands.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory submission processes to BCA or PUB.
• Experience using AutoCAD or relevant pump selection software.
