Job Location and Experience
This role is based at our Vasai manufacturing facility in Maharashtra and is a full-time position. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to bolster our sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating customer interactions, and facilitating trial sessions. This role serves as a solid entry-level opportunity for individuals aiming to establish a career in technical sales within the industrial capital equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update and maintain customer and lead information within the CRM and sales pipeline systems.
- Organize internal demonstration trials for potential customers.
- Assist the sales team with routine customer follow-ups and provide timely status reports.
- Help prepare quotations and proposal documents for customers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments such as Design and Production during the pre-order process.
- Document customer visit details and track follow-up activities diligently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a technical background.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience; fresh graduates demonstrating strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi language is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in managing customer relations and follow-ups.
Compensation
The offered salary range for this position is between ₹22,000 and ₹32,000 monthly.
