Job Overview

Jabro Engineers is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves managing the entire sales process from client lead generation to order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business-to-business leads to support company growth.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assess their technical needs.
• Create detailed quotations that meet client specifications.
• Conduct on-site customer visits and maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with production and technical departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders effectively.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic understanding of CNC machining, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), machining processes, fabrication, and interpreting engineering drawings is beneficial.
• Strong communication and sales abilities are essential.
• Fresh graduates with commendable communication skills and eagerness to learn sales techniques are encouraged to apply.
