About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the sales team through technical and managerial coaching and foster their professional growth.
- Take ownership of meeting revenue goals and driving business growth targets.
- Maintain and oversee an effective sales pipeline, including precise forecasting.
- Identify and secure new clients, as well as deepen existing customer relationships.
- Design and implement targeted sales strategies across the DACH region and international markets.
- Enhance sales processes, optimize CRM utilization, and develop comprehensive sales playbooks.
- Prioritize and manage strategic target customers and critical accounts.
- Collaborate extensively with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide consistent reporting on key sales metrics to senior leadership.
- Contribute to pricing and strategic partnerships expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Multiple years of experience managing sales teams within the B2B software industry.
- Proven success in creating, leading, and growing sales groups.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles involving software solutions requiring detailed explanation.
- Preferably experienced in process automation, low-code platforms, integration, or energy sector industries.
- Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Customer-centric approach with confidence in high-level negotiations.
- Highly proactive, result-driven, and strategically minded.
- Competent with CRM systems and managing sales in a data-informed manner.
- Bonus: background in data management, data governance, automation, low-code, integration, or associated software domains.
- Fluent in German and English.

Additional Information
Salary Range: 150000 to 180000 euros annually.
