Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for a permanent role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership opportunity requires a native Arabic speaker fluent in English, with deep expertise in the enterprise software market and strong regional business acumen.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent business communication skills in English
• At least 10 years of direct experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with strong knowledge of local business practices and regulations
• Proven leadership capabilities with a minimum of 5 years managing and growing sales teams
• Consistent achievement of substantial revenue targets and surpassing sales objectives
• Experienced in selling enterprise software solutions such as Workforce Management, Human Capital Management systems, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics platforms, and Cloud Services
• In-depth understanding of government and semi-government procurement processes within the Gulf Cooperation Council region
• Skilled in negotiating complex B2B contracts and managing extended sales cycles
• Well-established professional network within Saudi Arabia and the UAE business sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to Healthcare and Government sectors
• Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or equivalent leading enterprise software products
• Background in IT, technology, or digital transformation projects
• Collaborative experience with regional system integrators, consulting agencies, or technology solution vendors
• Awareness of markets in Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Services
• Possession of an MBA or other advanced business credentials
