Sales Development Representative

About the Role

This position is for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nousu, a boutique agency based in Sydney CBD specialized in outbound sales for SaaS, fintech, and technology companies. The team is fully Australian and focuses on authentic phone outreach, managing conversations, and securing high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound campaigns for client portfolios by contacting decision-makers through phone calls, follow-up emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients and gain insights into purchasing behaviors across various industries.
• Deliver pipeline strategies exceeding the typical SDR exposure, gaining extensive experience within one year.
• Achieve client targets and contribute to producing sales opportunities for Nousu itself, sharing in benefits when deals close.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory; curiosity and a willingness to learn are critical.
• Exhibit strong discipline and consistency in performing repetitive tasks.
• Maintain resilience to rejection and steady energy levels under pressure.
• Demonstrate clear communication and active listening skills.
• Value the quality of work done over mere volume of activity.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, recruitment, or roles requiring interaction with strangers and composure under stress are advantageous but not essential.
