Role Overview
We invite high-energy individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives. This role involves spearheading outbound prospecting activities and generating qualified sales opportunities, supporting a high-achieving sales team. Success in this position opens clear avenues for advancement into closing roles or other strategic teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional outbound prospecting and qualification to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities.
- Engage new potential clients through targeted phone and email communications aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Meet or exceed daily metrics including call volume, talk time, and customized outreach emails.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to build effective outreach campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in mid-market, large, and enterprise sectors and schedule consultation and demonstration meetings for Account Executives.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and global marketing teams to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate, organized Salesforce data and contribute to periodic updates of ICP lists based on market insights.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in corporate, office, or business-to-business sales roles or equivalent business communication proficiency.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com; familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with a strong phone presence and ease managing high-volume B2B outreach.
- Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
- A college degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
