Required Experience and Skills
- Previous SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Familiarity using CRM and sales prospecting tools.
- Effective cold calling and email outreach capabilities.
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
- Self-driven with resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Motivated by goals and receptive to coaching and feedback.
Desirable Extras

- Paid home project with a 1-week turnaround (typically requires 2-5 hours).

Compensation
Salary is £28,000 with an uncapped commission scheme offering an on-target earnings potential of £35,000 annually.
