Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving new business by initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying prospects, and passing high-quality leads to the sales team. The position is target-oriented and embedded in a collaborative, energetic sales culture emphasizing continuous learning, career development, and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage target accounts
- Serve as the primary representative of the brand to potential clients
- Consistently achieve or surpass weekly KPIs and sales goals
- Understand customer challenges and collect high-level business insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop the sales pipeline
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 12 to 18 months of commercial work experience
- Demonstrate a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortably communicate with stakeholders from executive to operational levels
- Adept at identifying customer needs and offering value-driven solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage personal workload effectively
- Maintain a positive, ambitious, and results-oriented attitude
- Hold a degree or have equivalent commercial experience
