Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a designated portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers, connecting with various stakeholders including support agents and C-level executives.
• Apply strong consultative telephone skills, such as clear communication, active listening, inspiring confidence, and skillfully handling objections.
• Effectively use Salesforce to document activities, accurately forecast opportunities, and convey relevant information.
• Bring enthusiasm and energy to your daily work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Exceptional verbal communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated and energetic individual comfortable working in a multicultural, international setting.
• Fluency in both French and English languages is essential.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting outbound call volume or call time targets.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and diligent in follow-up processes.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to manage multiple software tools simultaneously.
• Independent worker with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
