About the Role
Join ClearTax for Business located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, working onsite within the Software Development, Financial Services, and IT Consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads by extensively researching companies within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and proactive follow-up activities.
- Engage with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, finance, and tax heads, providing detailed product demonstrations.
- Design personalized and creative outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to capture the attention of potential clients.
- Represent ClearTax professionally and enthusiastically, communicating the company's value proposition and products to prospects.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with warm prospects while discovering new sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in a results-oriented SaaS sales environment; an MBA is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
- Previous SaaS sales experience specifically within the Middle Eastern markets.
- Demonstrated consistency in surpassing sales targets.
- Strong eagerness to learn about new technologies and adapt accordingly.
- Resilience in managing rejection and maintaining motivation with a proactive, driven mindset.
