Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) acts as the initial contact point for prospective clients. This position plays a crucial part in forming the companys first impression and developing successful customer relations. The SDR team consists of motivated, collaborative, and resilient individuals focused on delivering strong personal and team results. The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany and targets growth within the Dutch-speaking market. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business prospects utilizing phone, social media, and other online channels.
- Manage inbound leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound outreach activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales executives to drive revenue in the assigned territory.
- Represent Arctic Wolf at industry events and trade shows.
- Develop and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Use a consultative selling approach to create meaningful, value-driven discussions.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Contribute insights, feedback, and best practices to the SDR team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience post-university in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound sales, or similar client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
- A strong ambition for building a lasting career in sales with goal-oriented drive.
- Adaptability to fast-moving, dynamic work environments.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across various departments.
- Effective communication skills across written, verbal, and social platforms.
- Organized, creative, and capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and initiative.
- Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, and ability to use social media and research tools for lead identification and qualification.
