Role Overview
We are continuously recruiting Sales Development Representatives to expand our footprint in the Australian market. Although immediate openings may not be available, we proactively build a pipeline of qualified talent for future roles. As an SDR, you will identify new business opportunities and engage existing qualified leads to set up meetings for our Account Executive team. Your responsibilities include both outbound prospecting and managing inbound inquiries, communicating our value proposition clearly and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through a combination of outbound calls and inbound lead management, focusing on the Australian market.
- Engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) via phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and present solutions.
- Exercise autonomy by contributing beyond your defined role to improve processes, training, technology application, and overall team efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop targeted prospect lists, calling strategies, and messaging aimed at securing new business meetings.
- Consistently conduct a high volume of outbound calls (50+ daily) to set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records for leads and accounts to support sales activities.
Candidate Profile
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented, and competitive sales environment.
- Comfortable making 50 or more calls daily with strong active listening and communication skills.
- Motivated by helping others by delivering impactful product solutions and supporting team members.
- Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and contribute to collective success.
- Coachable with a keen desire for ongoing personal and professional improvement.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently while proactively seeking assistance as needed.
