Role Summary

The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and cultivating potential leads, seeking out new sales opportunities, and laying the foundation for strong customer relationships in the low-code automation and CRM domain. This position plays a vital role in supporting Creatio's sales funnel by qualifying leads, collaborating closely with sales teams, and bridging marketing efforts with revenue outcomes. The position is located in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to qualify sales leads and generate interest in Creatio's portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitors, pinpoint target segments, and stay current on CRM and low-code automation trends.
  • Work in partnership with sales executives to strategize on lead qualification and conversion, ensuring smooth transitions to sales closures.
  • Keep meticulous records in CRM systems, manage lead and account data, and track performance against sales targets.
  • Craft and execute tailored outbound campaigns using emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn to attract prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Continuously enhance outreach strategies by adopting best practices to boost success rates in lead engagement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales development, staffing, or related sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software sectors.
  • Proven achievements in generating quality leads, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
  • Good understanding of low-code platforms and CRM software, along with insight into their business impacts.
