Job description

About splose

splose is a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform designed for practice management that enhances healthcare delivery. Trusted globally by over 25,000 Allied Health professionals, splose aims to eliminate administrative burdens so clinicians can concentrate on patient care. Supported by reputable venture capital investors including EVP, Spectrum Equity, and Athletic Ventures, the company recently secured $46 million in its Series A funding round, marking the largest Series A raise for any South Australian SaaS company. The organization is experiencing rapid growth and is investing heavily in its product, team, and international expansion.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for motivated and resilient communicators who excel in fast-paced, target-oriented settings. As the initial contact for many potential customers, you will be responsible for identifying needs, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role is well-suited for individuals early in their sales career who are consistent in their outreach efforts, comfortable making phone calls, and driven by achieving targets. While prior interest in SaaS, healthcare, or technology is advantageous, a strong willingness to learn and consistent daily effort are the most important qualities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement to create new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain a steady pipeline of qualified meetings via outbound marketing efforts.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within allied health organizations.
  • Communicate clearly about the benefits and value proposition of the splose platform.
  • Accurately document all activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Achieve or surpass targets related to activity levels, meeting bookings, and pipeline growth.
  • Engage in continual training, coaching sessions, and team discussions.
  • Offer market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for optimizing messaging.

Candidate Requirements

  • Between 6 and 18 months of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to maintain a high volume of activity.
  • Positive mindset and resilience in meeting ambitious targets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in outbound prospecting or environments requiring high-volume calling.
  • Interest or experience in the SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus.

Additional Information

Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted for an initial screening interview conducted by the internal Talent Acquisition team.
