  • Manage cross-functional escalations, monitor resolution progress, and prepare communication suitable for executive audiences.
  • Oversee quarterly execution by prioritizing shipments, mitigating risks, and aligning with revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise or hyperscale business environments.
  • Strong capability in executive-level communication, including delivering clear narratives around challenges and corrective measures.
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing complex quoting processes and Request for Quote (RFQ) workflows with high precision.
  • Practical experience in balancing demand and supply, managing commitments, and understanding backlog dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Background in selling technical or hardware-focused B2B products.
  • Experience supporting hyperscaler or large enterprise clients with extensive stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with global distribution, allocation workflows, and quarter-end operational execution.
  • Experience managing customer relationships at executive decision-maker levels.
