Job description

About ClickView and the Role

ClickView is an esteemed video platform tailored for K-12 educational institutions, blending ideas reminiscent of YouTube and Netflix but specifically aimed at teachers and students. The company maintains a dynamic and innovative culture, with global offices including locations in London, New York, Northern Ireland, South Carolina, and its headquarters in Australia. Recognized by TIME as one of the world's leading EdTech companies, ClickView has recently expanded into two additional countries and acquired two other video platforms. The Sydney office, positioned in Pyrmont overlooking the harbor, operates on a hybrid model requiring 2-3 days onsite weekly.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is embedded within the Australian sales team, focusing on cultivating new business by engaging schools nationwide, identifying their unique needs, and presenting ClickView's offerings. This position acts as a gateway to further career advancement within SaaS sales, aiming to transition into a Business Development Manager role over time. The position demands high-volume outbound communication through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Ideal candidates will have prior experience refining these skills and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team with excellent earning opportunities.

  • Between one to two years of experience in an SDR position, preferably within the SaaS or Technology sectors.
  • Competency in Salesforce and outreach platforms such as Outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with confidence in initiating contact with new prospects.
  • A proactive and resilient approach with proven success meeting targets in high-volume outbound roles.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritization capabilities, and target-driven work ethic.
  • Authentic interest or curiosity regarding the education sector and how schools operate.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited commission potential offering strong financial incentives.
  • Flexible working policies with a blend of office and remote work.
  • Opportunity to work remotely for up to 100 days annually.
  • Allocated budget for professional development and a transparent career growth path.
  • Additional paid leave focused on wellbeing and volunteering.
