Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers visiting the showroom to discover their needs and pinpoint sales opportunities.
• Confidently present vehicles and conduct test drives that highlight the key features and benefits to customers.
• Provide clear, persuasive, and FCA-compliant presentations of finance and insurance products.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals both individually and as part of the team.
• Effectively follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and capitalize on every opportunity.
• Ensure each customer receives a premium purchasing experience consistent with JCT600's quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• A confident and results-driven individual with a strong sales orientation.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to surpass sales expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence customers persuasively and consultatively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing premium automotive brands.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence with an acceptable penalty points record.
